In today’s episode I interview Ayla Kress. At 25 years old she is
already an incredibly successful entrepreneur. She was Ranked top
30 under 30 Music Moguls in the making and is the founder of Brain
Candy Management which represents talented musicians
nationally.
What fascinated me so much about Ayla was her mindset at such a
young age. As I sat down with her in person, it was amazing to see
her incredible confidence, disciplines and habits. Having grown up
in a family of ultra successful entrepreneurs, I strive to
understand what her environment was like during her childhood and
how that environment lead her to forge her own successful path as a
teenager. We talk about mindset, strategies for finding mentors,
