this episode I interview Palak Shah. Just over 3 years ago Palak
was a Mechanical Engineer with no experience in real estate
investing. As a new mom, she asked her boss for a little
flexibility in her schedule so that she could spend more time at
home and to her surprise, her boss told her no. Her frustration led
her to make a change and to her decision to become a real estate
investor with the goal of creating financial and time freedom.
She started listening to real estate podcasts, reading books and
taking notes and most importantly applying what she learned. Within
3 years she built a real estate portfolio of over $4 million
dollars and is scaling rapidly, all while being a full time mom.
She also coaches others through her company Open Spaces to do the
same.
